Leftists are losing their minds over a cartoon depicting “Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) with an exploding pager, howling “Islamophobia” over the satirical depiction of the virulently antisemitic lawmaker.

In what is being described as an “ingenious” operation attributed to Israeli intelligence, the pagers belonging to members of the Hezbollah terror organization were remotely detonated after a message was sent to the devices which aren’t as easily trackable as cellphones, causing a major disruption to the network that left hundreds badly wounded and reportedly claimed at least 20 lives.

The cartoon which portrays the Muslim Michigan bomb thrower sitting at her desk with a smoking device and the caption “Odd. My pager just exploded,” was featured in the National Review, triggering howls of hating on Islam.

The “offensive” Tlaib image, which is the work of Detroit News cartoonist Henry Payne, clearly stuck too close to home by implying that the congresswoman was a Hezbollah member. She has frequently parroted the genocidal slogan “From the river to the sea” and has openly promoted Hamas propaganda, including the lie that Israel bombed a Gaza hospital last year in an X post that remains active to this day.

Hardcore Israel haters including “Squad” leader Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) howled that the exploding pagers were a violation of international law, and she came to the defense of her colleague over the “disgusting” satirical image.

Tlaib weighed in on the ridiculously overblown controversy by sharing a post by Dearborn Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud who claimed that the cartoon was “Absolutely disgusting. Anti-Arab bigotry & Islamophobia have become normalized in our media,” and suggested that Payne and the National Review were inciting violence against Muslims, a typical reaction to critics.

“Thank you, Mayor @AHammoudMI, for speaking up. Our community is already in so much pain right now. This racism will incite more hate + violence against our Arab & Muslim communities, and it makes everyone less safe. It’s disgraceful that the media continues to normalize this racism,” Tlaib wrote on X.

Hammoud’s city is such a hotbed of Islamist extremism that it was branded as “America’s jihad capital” by a Wall Street Journal columnist earlier this year.

Two other “Squad” members who were both burned by their sympathies for Hamas when they lost their Democratic primaries, also took to the platform to cry Islamophobia.

“Vile, racist” and “trash” squealed Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.) in words that many would say perfectly describe herself. Bush was booted by voters in her St. Louis district last month, losing to her AIPAC-backed opponent.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), a notorious hothead and fire alarm puller who was clobbered in his primary over his pro-Hamas sentiment demanded that Payne and the National Review apologize to the offended Tlaib.

The outrage over the cartoon is just another example of how perpetually aggrieved modern leftists have absolutely no sense of humor.
