Boy, I love to see stuff like this:

Look how excited Charlie is!!

And look how excited his bros are!!

Speaking of, here’s Charlie with the boys!

And here’s my only worry:

Hazing is a huge part of the pledging process, but my gut tells me these fine young men will take care of Charlie and go easy on him. He’ll have to do some dares, and will probably handle a lot of the cleanup after parties, but looking at Charlie, that dude’s gonna be a tank, so they’ll be cleaning up after him before long!

Good luck, Charlie, and never lose that amazing smile!

Good for Clemson for having this ClemsonLIFE program which gets special needs students more involved on campus!

The ClemsonLIFE™ program at Clemson University offers a collegiate experience that prepares young men and women with intellectual disabilities for competitive employment and independent living through a combination of academic coursework and career exploration. The program is designed for students who desire a post-secondary experience on a college campus. Our program incorporates functional academics, independent living, employment and social/leisure skills in a public university setting with the goal of producing self-sufficient young adults.

More of this, universities!

More of this!
