Another fiery video from former First Lady Melania Trump invoked the FBI as she addressed an invasion of privacy “never imagined” as a “warning to all Americans.”

While Democrats projected authoritarian delusions with hyperbole foreshadowing doom should former President Donald Trump win the 2024 presidential election, the lawfare wrought against him and his family remained a real and stark reminder.

On that point, the First Lady released a video Saturday morning in her latest promotion for her upcoming memoir, “Melania,” where she called out the Department of Justice-run agency for raiding her Palm Beach, Florida home at Mar-a-Lago in Aug. 2022.

“I never imagined my privacy would be invaded by the government here in America. The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched through my personal belongings,” she explained in a black and white video after text of the first part of the Fourth Amendment was displayed.

“This is not just my story,” cautioned Trump, “it serves as a warning to all Americans, a reminder that our freedom and rights must be respected.”

The former president had previously asserted that his wife had been made to feel “very violated” when the FBI had raided their home, thoroughly searching the premises including, as had been reported, the master bedroom and Melania’s wardrobe without allowing their actions to be observed.

As had been presented in the brief video, viewed more than 1 million times since it was posted, the Fourth Amendment states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated…”

It goes on to read, “and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

While the documents case brought by special counsel Jack Smith had been dismissed by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon in July after his appointment was found to be unlawful, an appeal was underway while the president himself had raised intent to file a $100 million lawsuit against the DOJ over the alleged “political persecution.”

Previously reported, Trump attorney Daniel Epstein had told Fox Business’ Lydia Hu, “What President Trump is doing here is not just standing up for himself — he is standing up for all Americans who believe in the rule of law and believe that you should hold the government accountable when it wrongs you.”

Singling out both Attorney General Merrick Garland’s and FBI Director Christopher Wray’s decisions regarding the raid, the attorney had argued there was “clear dereliction of constitutional principles, inconsistent standards as applied to [Trump]” and a “clear intent to engage in political persecution — not to advance good law enforcement practices.”

“Garland and Wray decided to stray from established protocol to injure President Trump,” asserted Epstein as the filing alleged “The FBI’s demonstrated activity was inconsistent with protocols used in routine searches of an investigative target’s premises.”

It went on, “Worse, the FBI’s conduct in the raid — where established protocol was violated — constitutes a severe and unacceptable intrusion that is highly offensive to a reasonable person.”

Prior to the latest video lauded as “POWERFUL and TRUTHFUL,” the First Lady had also called out the “silence” around the assassination attempt on her husband that “feels heavy.”

“I can’t help but wonder why didn’t law enforcement officials arrest the shooter before the speech,” she’d said. There is definitely more to this story. And we need to uncover the truth.”
