Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appeared on Fox News to break down the presidential debate which he suggested was a split decision between Democrat nominee Kamala Harris and former President Donald J. Trump.

On Wednesday, the former Independent presidential candidate who has endorsed Trump told “Your World” host Neil Cavuto that Harris won the debate based on things not related to her policies and the GOP nominee won on substance while acknowledging that he could have done much better.

“I think that Vice President Harris clearly won the debate in terms of her delivery, her polish, her organization, and her preparation,” Kennedy said.

“I think on substance, President Trump wins in terms of his governance and… but he didn’t tell that story,” he stated. “In fact, the first question was an extraordinary lost opportunity because it was a question… which is, are Americans better four years later, and there’s really no argument for saying that they are,” as he listed measurable issues including the deterioration of society, inflation, the housing crisis, 15 million Americans in poverty, suicides and overdoses and two wars.

“All of these things can be attributed to the poor leadership from the Biden-Harris team,” he pointed out to Cavuto. “And that’s the argument that he should have been making, but he got distracted. And I think it’s unfortunate because he, you know,  I think he really had an airtight argument for his presidency, but he was not able to make that case to the American public.”

The reason why Trump was “distracted” is that when he showed up in Philadelphia, he was anticipating being able to engage in a serious debate, instead he walked right into an ambush where he was derailed by the duo of activist ABC News moderators who repeatedly interrupted him with fact checks while allowing the combative Harris to lie with impunity.

“She’s been very skillfully kind of hidden,” RFK Jr. said regarding Harris. “She has not done an interview and this was really an ideal forum for her because there are these 90-second sound bites and you don’t really go into the next level. And I think that she’s very vulnerable in like a long-form interview that she’d do on a podcast or on a program like this.”

“I think this is the ideal forum for her to display you know, her kind of skills,” he said of Harris and the debate.” I think she did that very well and I think President Trump did not tell his story which is a very very good story about his presidency and I think that he didn’t convey that as well as he could.”

Kennedy will join a fellow former Democrat who has also now joined Trump against the Deep State’s party when he and former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard appear at a big MAGA rally in Glendale, Arizona, a critical swing state.

“Kennedy and Gabbard will visit Arizona Christian University in Glendale at 6 p.m. on Saturday. They’ll sit for a conversation moderated by Jessica Reed Kraus, who writes about the campaign on Substack and her @HouseInHabit social media accounts,” according to the Arizona Republic.

The event is a part of the “Team Trump Reclaim America Tour,” according to the Trump campaign.
