Democrat nominee Kamala Harris has finally released a list of her policies, and she is apparently supportive of Democrats’ targeting of conservative Supreme Court justices.

Waiting until the eve of her high-stakes ABC News debate, the Harris-Walz campaign posted the leftist wish list titled “A New Way Forward” and while it’s heavy on bashing former President Donald J. Trump, it also provides insight into her radical form of governance.

“Donald Trump handpicked members of the United States Supreme Court to take away reproductive freedom — and now he brags about it,” the website says under the section “Restore And Protect Reproductive Freedoms,” specifically singling out the three justices appointed by Trump, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

While much of the public blueprint is light on specifics, Harris does pledge to remake the nation’s highest court with one of the so-called “reforms” called for by Senate Democrats against the co-equal branch of government being the imposing of term limits on the sitting justices.

“Vice President Harris believes that no one is above the law. She’ll fight to ensure that no former president has immunity for crimes committed while in the White House,” the website reads. “She will also support common-sense Supreme Court reforms—like requiring Justices to comply with ethics rules that other federal judges are bound by and imposing term limits—to address the crisis of confidence facing the Supreme Court.”

One of the top priorities of the party is to reverse the historic 6-3 ruling upholding presidential immunity for official acts, a pre-election torpedo to the Biden regime’s use of lawfare to disqualify – or jail – the GOP nominee before voters go to the polls, a crushing blow that enraged Democrats.

The outline doesn’t provide details on what Harris means by “term limits” but her campaign has reportedly previously indicated that it is on board with a radical proposal by top SCOTUS antagonist Rep. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) whose bill would impose 18-year-term limits on justices.

“They have not gone so far as to say, ‘We endorse your bill.’ They have said that your bills are precisely aligned with what we are talking about,” Whitehouse told The Dispatch, referring to Senate Bill 3096, titled the “Supreme Court Biennial Appointments and Term Limits Act” which would impose the term limits that would put a new justice on the bench every two years.

Senators are not subject to such term limits

“If Whitehouse’s bill were enacted under Harris, she could replace Thomas in 2025, followed by Chief Justice John Roberts in 2027. If she won a second term, Justice Samuel Alito, author of the 2022 decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, would be the next in line for forced retirement,” according to the Washington Examiner.

“An organized scheme by right-wing special interests to capture and control the Supreme Court, aided by gobs of billionaire dark money flowing through the confirmation process and judicial lobbying, has resulted in an unaccountable Court out of step with the American people. Term limits and biennial appointments would make the Court more representative of the public and lower the stakes of each justice’s appointment, while preserving constitutional protections for judicial independence,” Whitehouse, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Courts Subcommittee, said in a statement announcing the bill last October.

“As Congress considers multiple options to restore the integrity of this scandal-plagued Court, our term limits bill should be front and center as a potential solution,” he added.

“President Biden and I are calling on Congress to pass important reforms—from imposing term limits for Justices’ active service, to requiring Justices to comply with binding ethics rules just like every other federal judge,” Harris said in a statement shortly after she was installed as the nominee in July.
