Elon Musk, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard are in an uproar over the possibility of Kamala Harris winning the election and silencing free speech online once and for all.

After Kamala told the world – watch below – that she supports the censorship regime of Brazil and what just happened to X down there in South America, Musk and the others are sounding the alarm that Kamala might try to do the same thing here in the United States as president.

Keep in mind that back in 2019, Kamala vowed to weaponize the Department of Justice (DOJ) and local law enforcement against social media companies that are caught allowing “misinformation” to spread on their platforms.

According to Kamala, the First Amendment is a “threat to our democracy,” which is why she continues to wage war on free speech at every turn. If given full access to the Oval Office to start dictating American life from there, Kamala will likely wreck what remains of free speech.

(Related: The other day, Kamala went on a word salad rant in which she claimed, bizarrely, that forcing Americans into climate slavery is a form of “freedom” and “patriotism.”)

Kamala helped deplatform Trump from Twitter

As vice president under Joe Biden, Kamala became something of a “disinformation czar,” this in addition to her appointment as “border czar.” Since when does America have czars, anyway?

Biden appointed Kamala to head up the “White House Task Force to Address Online Harassment and Abuse.” While there, Kamala has pushed increasingly more censorship as the solution to “hate” and “misinformation.”

Kamala also helped spearhead the campaign to have President Trump removed from then-Twitter in the hopes that it would destroy his chances of ever again occupying the White House.

“We will hold social media platforms accountable for the hate infiltrating their platforms because they have a responsibility to help fight against this threat to our democracy,” Kamala bellowed during a 2019 speech in front of the NAACP.

“‘If you profit off of hate, if you act as a megaphone for misinformation or cyber warfare, if you don’t police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable as a community.”

In a recent letter to the House Judiciary Committee, Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Oh.) addressed the more recent revelation that Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), had his social media companies censor people at the order of the U.S. government.

“I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it,” Zuckerberg wrote in his letter to Jordan. “I also think we made some choices that, with the benefit of hindsight and new information, we wouldn’t make today.”

Kamala, meanwhile, is forging on with plans to “corral” the internet and make it less agreeable for people to exchange ideas at will. Kamala wants social media platforms to be policed much more strongly to prevent free ideas from slipping through the censors.

“The clear goal here is to silence dissent at all costs,” one media outlet warned. “Even with all the censorship against opposing voices, the internet is still too much of a ‘wild west’ for the globalist elites.”
