The father of the 14-year-old alleged Apalachee High School shooter rocked back and forth as he learned his charges for his part in the horrible act.

Colin Gray was arrested on Thursday and is charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder, and eight counts of cruelty to children. The charges stem from the accusation that the father purchased the weapon used in the school shooting as a Christmas present for his son.

According to a timeline reportedly provided to the police by the father, the purchase of the firearm took place after the family was contacted by authorities regarding school shooting threats made by the suspect, who will be tried as an adult.

The victims have been identified by GBI officials as 14-year-old Mason Schermerhorn, 14-year-old Christian Angulo, 39-year-old Richard Aspinwall and 53-year-old Christina Irimie.
