Reading that headline a few times like:

The “news” outlet did not redeem itself with its actual reporting:

Speaking at a rally in Big Rapids, Michigan, former President Donald Trump’s running mate tried to tie Harris to the Biden administration’s policies — saying at one point that “Kamala Harris has been calling the shots” …

Nobody — absolutely nobody — could take one look at Joe Biden and imagine that he’s been calling the shots for the past few years.

It’s obviously been Kamala! The community note on X, meanwhile, underscores just how absurd Politico’s contention is:
