Former GOP presidential candidate and one-time Governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley took a shot at ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos this week after reposting a clip on an old interview to X.

In the clip, Haley tells Stephanopoulos that Biden will ultimately have to step down.

“There’s no way Joe Biden is going to finish his term. I think Kamala Harris is going to be the next president, and that should send a chill up every American’s spine,” Haley told Stephanopoulos last August before the ABC News anchor cut her off.

“Excuse me. Excuse me one second about that. How do you know Joe Biden is not going to finish his term? What is that based on?” asked Stephanopoulos, the former White House communications director for President Bill Clinton.

“Do you think that he’s actually going to finish what he started?” Haley, the former South Carolina governor and U.S. ambassador to the U.N., replied. “We look at the decline he’s had over the last few years. You have to be honest with the American people, George.”
