As recently as March, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough declared Joe Biden not just “cogent” but “better than he’s ever been, intellectually [and] analytically.” His Pravda-like praise of the Dear Leader, criticized at the time, appears even less credible after a disastrous debate performance.

“I’ve said it for years now, [Biden] is cogent—but I undersold it when I said he was cogent. He’s far beyond cogent,” Scarborough said in March.

“Start your tape right now because I’m about to tell you the truth, and eff you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden, intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever, not a close second, and I’ve known him for years,” he insisted.

Scarborough made the remarks shortly after a Justice Department report by special counsel Robert Hur recommended against charging Biden for mishandling classified materials in part because he is “an elderly man with a poor memory.”

Post-debate, however, Scarborough is pushing for Biden to step aside, asking, “If he were CEO, and he turned in a performance like that, would any corporation in America keep him on as CEO?”

“I fear Donald Trump will be the next president of the United States unless things change,” the MSNBC host mourned.

Scarborough paints a second Trump administration in hysterical terms, claiming the America First leader will exile, imprison, or execute his opponents if he returns to the White House.
