A new report shows people may be able to vote in California without any government identification. They may instead show up at the polls with a copy of a utility bill, a credit card, or even a gym membership. These are some of the minimum proof of identification or residency required by California under the “Help Americans Vote Act”.  One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with the mayor of El Cajon, Bill Wells, who’s also running for Congress.
