Even if some inmates truly thought they were trans, why should anyone care? What benefit does that do for anyone, especially when the crimes were violent assaults against women? And how can we protect women when people who have committed violent assaults on them are housed with them?

A trans woman, aka a man, was sentenced to 312 days in jail for his violent crimes. This includes stalking, domestic violence, making false statements, and other reprehensible crimes. And even though he committed these very evil acts, he was somehow turned into a victim and awarded $350,000.

According to Reduxx:

The City of New York has agreed to pay out a $350,000 settlement to a man who identifies as a Muslim woman for keeping him in the men’s section of Rikers Island while he was awaiting trial on domestic violence charges. Ali Miles, formerly known as Dylan Miles, had initially demanded over $22,000,000 in compensation.

How is identifying as a Muslim woman not considered cultural appropriation? Unclear if identifying as a Muslim woman makes him transgender and transracial but none of this is a thing and it’s insane that the government compensates people for this.

Literally, anyone can say this and be awarded for it. There is no objective way to determine who is being truthful because none of this is factual. It’s all based on lies and progressives affirming those lies.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Miles was incarcerated at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July of 2022. He had been arrested on a warrant out of Arizona.

Following his brief detention on Rikers Island, he was transferred back to Arizona and placed in Yavapai County Jail. He was ultimately tried and found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022.

He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all Class 1 misdemeanors.

He was placed on probation in 2022, and decided to sue the city a year later over what he claims was “gender discrimination.”

It’s also unclear if gender and sex are still two different things but this suit seems to suggest otherwise.

Miles claimed that he suffered discrimination, including being subjected to “transphobic” remarks from prison staff, while incarcerated in the men’s facility. He also claimed to have been the victim of sexual assaults, in particular emphasizing his “sexual victimization” by multiple “African American male” inmates.

The city has denied any wrongdoing.

Miles alleged that a prison staff member said “we don’t do the trans thing here” after he demanded to be moved to the women’s section. He was then strip-searched by a male guard he alleged told him that he had “nice tits” and “one hell of a pussy.” This is despite Miles not having had any known genital surgeries.

As of writing this, there does not seem to be any trans man who has sued for being placed in the wrong prison. Why do you think that is?

This is how much of a slippery slope all of this is. All it takes is affirming one single lie and now we have abusers being awarded large sums of money because they claim to feel some type of way. To say we have opened Pandora’s box would be an understatement at this point.
