We are two years to the day since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, and accordingly, Democrats are in full “women’s rights are under assault” mode, playing the fearmongering game by reminding folks that the ruling was was decided in part by Justices who were nominated by Donald Trump.

Among them, of course, is none other than President Joe Biden, whose social media handler took to the Twitter machine Monday to tell a whopper about the current state of women’s rights under his administration.

“In America today, women have fewer rights than their mothers and their grandmothers had because of my predecessor’s administration,” the tweet read.

Though Biden is sequestered at Camp David for programming CNN presidential debate prep, he issued the following statement:

“Two years ago today, Donald Trump’s Supreme Court majority ripped away the fundamental freedom for women to access the health care they need and deserve,” Biden said in a statement, adding that “the consequences have been devastating.”

Biden later said, “Donald Trump is the sole person responsible for this nightmare.”

While this is all part of the Biden-Harris plan to ride the abortion issue all the way to November, an actual “women’s rights” issue – Title IX – is on the minds of Biden’s critics, who let him hear about it after the tweet blaming Trump:

Others urged him to “sit down.”

And as Sara correctly observed, this actually extends well beyond Title IX to other areas that impact women’s lives daily:

I mean it’s really comical in some respects to hear Biden talk about women’s rights allegedly being under assault when his administration and even one of his Supreme Court nominees, who was confirmed, can’t and won’t define the word “woman.”

The Biden campaign’s push for women voters comes at a time when polling averages over a six-month timeframe show Biden’s support among women slipping enough to cause him nightmares.

The New York Times of all places reported Thursday that his support among women was cratering at a critical point in a presidential election year, with it being “the weakest lead a Democrat has had since 2004, a key factor in how tight the race is.”

In response, woke white feminist women including a former Biden DOJ official held a struggle sesh on the Twitter machine, bizarrely making sure to reference the fact that they were white and that they supported him now more than ever.

Team Biden leaning in on the female vote also comes at a time when his support among black and Hispanic voters is also eroding, with some polling gurus even pointing to “historic” numbers for Trump among those key voting blocs if the pattern holds in November.

So with those coalitions fracturing, it’s no wonder Biden and his handlers have gotten increasingly desperate the closer we get to the debate. Between Biden’s desperation and Trump being loaded for bear, I can’t wait to see how it plays out.
