Vandals with an apparent ax to grind with Tesla CEO Elon Musk defaced dozens of Cybertrucks sitting in a South Florida parking lot with obscene graffiti.

Police in Fort Lauderdale responded to a call at around 8:40 a.m. on Friday where they discovered 34 of the vehicles that were parked in the lot near Northeast Ninth Place and 19th Avenue, had been vandalized.

A “F**k Elon” message had been spraypainted onto the pricey vehicles, a vulgar statement for the billionaire Musk, a man who is hated by leftists after he bought Twitter, restored free speech to the platform and rebranded it as X.

“It was just one row and then it was a second row, and then a third row and a fourth row,” Adam Docktor, a man who works near the lot, told local news outlet WPLG.

“I thought Elon Musk put them on sale,” said Hoss Alavi, another nearby worker. “I was trying to buy one.”

AJ Cook, a TikToker told the outlet that the lot where the Cybertrucks were parked is “in the back of projects where no security, no gates, nothing.”

“Vandalism is not acceptable,” said Yasser Rabello who discovered the vandalized vehicles and posted the video online. “It is illegal.”

“Tesla just leased this parking lot and brought a lot of Tesla trucks,” a man says in a short video posted to Instagram by the user @onlyindade. “They started bringing three days ago, but look what happened. They vandalized all the cars,” the video shows the vulgar anti-Musk statement that had been painted on the hoods.

Video of the damaged Cybertrucks drew a strong reaction from X users.

Fort Lauderdale police are currently investigating the incident and are asking for anyone with “any information on this act of vandalism or the whereabouts of the subject or subjects responsible” to contact them or Broward County Crime Stoppers where they can be anonymous and possibly eligible for a reward up to $5,000.
