Former President Donald Trump has a knack for saying what so many others are thinking, and he came through again Tuesday during a rally in Racine, Wisconsin, when he suggested that President Joe Biden is going to be “so pumped up” for next week’s debate.

And when the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee says “pumped up,” he’s not talking about enthusiasm.

“Joe Biden doesn’t have a clue. Is anybody going to watch the debate? He’s going to be so pumped up,” Trump said. “You know all that stuff that was missing about a month ago from the White House? What happened? Who left it?”

“Somebody left a laptop in an office of a gentleman who was supposed to fix the laptop from hell. He never picked it up,” he continued. “And somebody left thousands of dollars worth of cocaine. I wonder who that could have been.”

“I don’t know. Actually, I think it was Joe.”

The crowd appreciated Trump’s sense of humor, but the pro-Biden media did not, reporting that he was making “wild” claims — but then, their role is to diminish Trump at every opportunity while distracting from the rapidly escalating state of senility that defines the 81-year-old cognitively-challenged president.

CNN host Erin Burnett said of the joke, “He made the outrageous claim that Biden will use cocaine at the debate.”

Keep in mind that this is the network airing next week’s debate, which features anti-Trump moderators Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.

Fox News also aired Trump’s remarks about Biden potentially being “pumped up” for the debate. Then again, Sean Hannity called the president “jacked-up Joe” after the president delivered the State of the Union address in March.

“At times it became uncomfortable watching him screaming and yelling and speeding through that speech. The AP affectionately called it ‘feisty.’ I guess that’s one way to describe it,” Hannity said at the time. “Tonight, America saw, let’s say, a very different Joe Biden. I might call him ‘Jacked-Up Joe.’ And that’s being charitable. He sounded like a hyper-caffeinated, angry, old man.”
