The Indiana Fever matched up with the Chicago Sky on Sunday, which was the second meeting between college rivals Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. And for the second time now, Clark got the best of Reese and the Sky, her Fever now 2-0 against the Chicago franchise.

But with great rivalries come great battles, and occasionally a cheap shot or two. Like this one from Angel Reese, who either isn’t a great athlete and can’t control her arms (not likely) or just wanted to smack Caitlin Clark in the dome.

Yes, that was a flagrant foul, and yes, Caitlin Clark made both free throws.

And ya, if you did this to me during a basketball game I would’ve gotten up, grabbed you by the neck of your jersey, and started swinging away at your dome. Or at least one of my teammates would have. Yet somehow, a month into her rookie season, the Indiana Fever have allowed Caitlin Clark to take targeted beatings like this one, and haven’t even ordered up an enforcer to kick the snot out of girls who pull this kind of trash.

And then Angel Reese, the girl who decked Clark in the face on this play, had the audacity to come out, in the most sore-loser fashion possible, and imply that Clark has some sort of a “special whistle” calling fouls for her.

“A special whistle” when you get clocked in the head by a forearm.

Bro, Clay Travis is right, the Indiana Fever need an enforcer.
