President Joe Biden snapped at a reporter after he was asked a question he did not like.

The president held a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Italy this week when he bristled at the question, NBC News reported.

Bloomberg News reporter Josh Wingrove asked the president about a possible ceasefire between Israel and Hamas when the president snapped.

“I wish you guys would play by the rules a little bit,” the ornery 81-year-old Biden said, scolding the reporter.

“I’m here to talk about a critical situation in Ukraine,” he said. “You’re asking me another subject.”

“I’ll be happy to answer it in detail later.  But the bottom line is that we’ve made an agreement — I’ve laid out an — an approach that has been endorsed by the U.N. Security Council, by the G7, by the Israelis, and the — the biggest hang-up so far is Hamas refusing to sign on even though they have submitted something similar,” the president said.

“Whether it ha- — now to — comes to fruition remains to be seen.  We’re going to continue to push.  I don’t have a final answer for you,” he said.

NBC News reporter Kelly O’Donnell, the president of the White House Correspondents’ Association, chided the president for his comment.

“The White House Correspondents’ Association believes it is in the public interest to make clear that at a presidential press conference, at home or abroad, there are no preconditions regarding question topics,” she said.

“While the White House does determine the number of reporters the president will recognize, it is up to professional journalists to decide what to ask. Any leader may prefer that reporters ask only one question or ask only about a topic that is of most interest to the president or another world leader, but a free press functions independently,” the reporter said.

She said that the association “welcomes more opportunities to pose a range of questions to the president in a press conference setting.”

It is not the first instance of the president snapping at a reporter. Another such instance occurred in December during another press conference with Zelensky.

After finishing his discussions with Zelensky, reporters assembled in the room at the White House began firing questions at both leaders. After Biden appeared to be taken aback by the number of questions and the heightened volume, the president held up his hand and demanded: “Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Hush up a second, okay?” – before informing them he had something else to say.

“I got one more thing to say,” he stated while holding a stack of papers in his hand. “I just signed another $200 million draw down from the Department of Defense for Ukraine.”

“That will be coming quickly. Thank you!” he said while facing Zelensky, according to a video clip of the exchange.

After Zelensky said, “Thank you very much,” reporters once again began peppering them with questions.

And last month, he jabbed at another reporter following a brief campaign event at an event where he was pandering to black voters in Philadelphia.

“President Biden, will you be serving your full four-year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?” a reporter shouted as Biden met with supporters on a runway in Philadelphia.

“Are you okay? Are you alright?” Biden replied, according to a clip posted by C-SPAN. “You’re not hurt are you? I said are you okay? Did you fall on your head or something?”

Biden and Harris have launched an outreach program to try and reel in black voters as more of them flock to former President Donald Trump, according to recent polling.

Many who are now Trump supporters have complained that their finances are worse under Biden and Harris, while others are angry at the administration for its lax immigration and border security policies, which have led local Democratic leaders to shift tax dollars away from programs for citizens to support migrants in the country illegally.
