Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance continues to be one of the hardest-working men in showbusiness:

Senator [Vance] has introduced the Dismantle DEI Act, which would abolish the DEI bureaucracy across the federal government.

Vance has set the stage. If Trump wins, DEI is gone.

It’s true, folks:

Congressional Republicans have introduced a bill to ban diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs and funding in the federal government.

The Dismantle DEI Act, introduced Wednesday by Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), would eliminate all federal DEI programs and end DEI-related funding for agencies, contractors, organizations and educational accreditation agencies that receive federal funding.

I’m sorry, but watching a mainstream media outlet be forced to print the words “Dismantle DEI Act” is just…

The act would, in part, rescind Joe Biden’s 2021 executive order that sought to “cultivate a workforce that draws from the full diversity of the Nation.” (That’s DEI-speak for “discriminate ruthlessly in hiring on the basis of hard-left racial quotas.”)

Even better it would:

…also eliminate the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility of the Office of Personnel Management as well as the Chief Diversity Officers Executive Council.
