Another illegal that Joe Biden allowed into the country tried to murder two NYPD officers this morning in a foot chase in Queens.

The illegal, originally from Venezuela, pulled out a .380 pistol and began firing at the two police officers after they tried to stop him on his moped while he was driving the wrong way down a street.

Two cops were shot by a Venezuelan migrant in Queens early Monday — with one of the injured officers frantically rushing to render aid to his more badly hurt partner, police and sources said.

The officers were in Elmhurst working on a robbery pattern involving criminals on mopeds when they spotted 19-year-old Bernardo Castro Mata driving a black scooter the wrong way down a street about 1:40 a.m., police said.

The suspect — who entered the country illegally last year — ditched his moped around 89th Street and 23rd Avenue and fled on foot, according to cops.

As the Finest ran after him, the teen whipped out an illegal Hi-Point .380 pistol from what appeared to be a fanny pack and began wildly firing at the cops during the chase down several blocks, authorities said.

“We’re getting shot at by kids now,’’ a law-enforcement source griped.

One of the officers, Christopher Abreu, 26, took a bullet to the leg while his partner, Richard Yarusso, also 26, was struck in the front of his bulletproof vest.

At least one of the officers returned fire and hit the suspect in the right ankle.

As both cops lay wounded, Yarusso “was more concerned about his partner” and desperately worked to apply a tourniquet to Abreu’s leg to stem the bleeding, said Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry.

Both officers have since been treated and released from the hospital.

The suspect has no criminal history in the Big Apple but was being eyed in two previous violent “snatch and grab” robberies targeting women in Queens on May 21, cops said.

Mata was already on the NYPD’s radar Monday as a person of interest for the robberies.

He was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in stable condition and set to undergo surgery. Sources said he was expected to face charges including attempted murder of a police officer and illegal weapons possession.

Mata illegally entered the US through Eagle Pass, Texas, in July of last year, law-enforcement sources and police said.

He has been living at the migrant shelter in the former Courtyard Marriott Hotel near LaGuardia Airport in Queens, NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban said.

These officers are lucky they didn’t get killed by this illegal. When will enough be enough to hold Biden accountable for the lawlessness he’s allowing over the southern border? Hopefully that happens in November but it should really have already happened. Democrats just don’t are who gets killed or robbed or raped by these Biden illegals, so long as they get a chance and mass amnesty in the future to keep themselves in power. That’s all they care about.
