Patricia Heaton, while one of the few Hollywood entertainers living out loud as a conservative, doesn’t talk much about Trump things. She may have even supported John Kasich in 2016. While reliably and vocally conservative, she isn’t “MAGA” per se. She’s probably, at best, Trump-agnostic like I am. This is important to point out because it makes the case how even to people who aren’t hardo loyalists, the Trump conviction is b-b-b-bullshit.

You no doubt have apolitical people in your life. Show them this video. For funsies, show it to your TDS-suffering aunt who enjoys watching reruns of Everyone Loves Raymond and The Middle as well.

The prosecutor Alvin Bragg ran his campaign on the fact he was going to find something to charge Trump with. That was his goal, like, he was looking for the crime. He charges Trump with this misdemeanor thing about how he labeled monies for the NDA. But, he found some obscure way to turn it into a felony by saying Trump was going to use that trick to created a bigger crime, but no body knows what that crime was. And so he got convicted on 34 counts, I think because he signed these papers. Thirty four of them. Is that right?

Yes. Though, part of the crime is that Trump willingly OVERPAID his taxes. To the Soros-funded Bragg, overpaying your taxes is just as much tax fraud as underpaying your taxes. All this time, if I were to believe Democrats, I thought Trump didn’t pay any taxes like everyone other billionaire. Turns out, he overpaid taxes. And that’s fraud. Just because … Trump.

If that’s right, it seems like an abuse of the law. It seems like it’s politics using the system to knock an opponent off the ballot. Doesn’t seem good.

Even Elie Honig, a former Bragg colleague, a US attorney under Obama, and a CNN analyst (three things you don’t associate with MAGA) has written in length about how horrificly Democrats contorted the law in order to get their political opponent.

The charges against Trump are obscure and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor… has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. … None. Ever. Even putting aside the specifics of election law, the Manhattan DA itself almost never brings any case in which falsification of business records is the only charge.

And when they couldn’t contort the law, they made it up as they went along and told the jurors to take their best guess.

Trump is scheduled to be sentenced on July 11th. Yes, four days before the Republican National Convention. The convention where he will be accepting the nomination to be Joe Biden’s opponent.
