During a rally last night in Minnesota, former President Trump said he’s going to demand that Joe Biden take a drug test before the debates.

Trump said that Biden was as “high as a kite” at the SOTU and he doesn’t want that to happen in the debates.

I think Trump is joking here. Also there’s no way Biden would agree to this and if Trump were really going to demand it, he probably would have already done it.
