The very premise that condones trans insanity defines sex and gender as two different things, and that someone’s gender has nothing to do with their sex. However, gender and sex are not two different things and even the left knows that, as proven by their dumb platitudes like “trans women are women.” However, one court has yet to define the word “women” and thus, this article exists.

Several girls in Wyoming are suing Kappa Kappa Gamma after the sorority let a trans-identified male prance around the house with “an erection visible through his leggings.”

According to The Post Millennial:

A sorority at the University of Wyoming is fighting to keep her sorority women-only after an appeals court ruled that the chapter must admit a man who said he’s a woman as a sorority sister. A court dismissed the case in August, but the sorority chapter has filed an appeal. The trans-identified male a lower court ordered the group to admit was accused of peering at sorority sisters with “an erection visible through his leggings.”

The US Court of Appeals for the Tenth District will hear arguments on Tuesday in the case, brought forth by six Kappa Kappa Gamma sisters who took issue with trans-identified male Artemis Langford being allowed in their chapter. The notice of appeal was filed in September. In August, the US District Court for Wyoming dismissed the case, with Judge Alan Johnson writing at the time, “Kappa Kappa Gamma’s bedrock right as a private, voluntary organization — and one this Court may not invade.”

One of the major issues with that is that until like three years ago, the man would have been arrested for doing things like that in a female-only space. Nonetheless, the sorority seems to not be following its bylaws by providing an arbitrary meaning for the word “women” and thus, it’s my unprofessional opinion that the courts ought to get involved.

According to The Daily Record, The Daily Record, ” State law in Ohio, however, gives the volunteer board for the private, Ohio-based organization wide leeway to define terms in those bylaws, including who’s a woman, argued Kappa Kappa Gamma attorney Natalie McLaughlin.”

What an awful argument. Words have meaning and people cannot all of sudden pretend that they don’t. Just because they have “leeway” does not mean they get to throw out circular meanings.

If the sorority wants to include trans women under the term “women” then they better be able to define it. Given the ambiguous definition, the courts should get involved.

“The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit — and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved — Langford,” Johnson said. “With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define ‘woman’ today.”

In the filing for the appeals court, attorneys for the six sisters argue that sorority leaders ignored the group’s bylaws in allowing transgender women to become members, according to the Daily Mail. Langford is not listed in the appeal, instead, listed as the defendants are the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and president Mary Pat Rooney.

In a brief filed in December, the sisters said that the “question at the heart of this case is the definition of ‘woman,’ a term that Kappa has used since 1870 to prescribe membership, in Kappa’s governing documents.”

Why is it so hard for these people to define a term that even cavemen knew? The mental gymnastics has got to be exhausting.

Look, if these people are going to redefine the meaning of words, the least they can do is come up with a definition.

“Using any conceivable tool of contractual interpretation, the term refers to biological females. And yet, the district court avoided this inevitable conclusion by applying the wrong law and ignoring the factual assertions in the complaint.”

At a time when women’s sports are under attack, this case could end up having national significance. And as much as the left loves to redefine words, that’s not possible without defining the term. And if you are going to allow men to pretend to be women, they better have the facts on their side. But they don’t and if logic prevails, they left may finally have to admit they are so incredibly stupid that they don’t even know what a women is.
