When Democrats talk about the future of the party, the 35-year-old New York congresswoman’s name always bubbles to the top.

Democrats have long been impressed with Ocasio-Cortez’s ability to ‘cut through the BS and tell it like it is,’ the second Democratic strategist said.

‘She’s somebody who can cut through the noise and doesn’t talk like Washington.’

Democrats believe AOC would be “a magnet for young voters” and could use her social media clout to win the White House.

Because that worked so well in 2024?

The Hill notes that AOC has been less active with Bernie Sanders and the Marxist “Squad” lately and has backed more “centrist” figures.

She’s also upped the performative theater.

If that doesn’t scream “I’m running for president,” I don’t know what does!

Other candidates floated by The Hill include Kamala Harris, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Michigan’s Evil-Queen Gretchen Whitmer, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Gay Mayor Pete Buttigieg, and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker.
