Nat’l Pro-Life Group Launched Six-Figure Campaign to Support Dixon & Expose Whitmer’s Extremism Ahead of the Primary

Washington, D.C. – Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Candidate Fund congratulated its endorsed candidate Tudor Dixon on her win in the Republican primary for governor of Michigan, setting up a general election race against pro-abortion Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Ahead of the primary, Women Speak Out (WSO) PAC, a partner of SBA Pro-Life America, launched a six-figure independent expenditure campaign to support Dixon and expose Whitmer’s radical pro-abortion stance. The campaign consisted of digital ads, voter calls and text messages that reached 550,000 likely primary voters.

“Michigan voters sent a strong message by backing Tudor Dixon, a fearless pro-life, pro-woman leader, to take on pro-abortion extremist Governor Whitmer,” said SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “Whitmer has promised to ‘fight like hell to impose abortion on demand across Michigan, including brutal late-term abortions up to the moment of birth. She is so extreme, she even vetoed funding for life-affirming alternatives to abortion that are overwhelmingly supported by pro-life and pro-choice voters alike. Michiganders deserve champions like Tudor who will fight for compassionate protections for unborn children and mothers. We’re proud to stand with her to defeat Whitmer this November.”

Previously in 2021 SBA Pro-Life America launched a six-figure digital ad campaign exposing Whitmer’s abortion extremism. This election cycle, WSO PAC, SBA Pro-Life America, and their partners plan to spend $78 million to protect life across America.

SBA Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.
