Vice President Kamala Harris visited Pittsburgh Friday to discuss the “equitable” plan to replace lead pipes so that some communities are not penalized based on “what resources they have.”

“There the piece that is about equity, which is literally different communities are dealing with this differently based on what resources they have, and that shouldn’t be the case,” said the Vice President.
