British prosecutors stated they have charged him with four counts of sexual against three men.

AP reported, The Crown Prosecution Service said Spacey “has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.”

The alleged incidents took place in London between March 2005 and August 2008, and one in western England in April 2013. The alleged victims are now in their 30s and 40s.

While House of Cards was successful accusations of sexual assault started to come public against Spacey in 2017. He was removed from his role on “House of Cards” because of the allegations. The writers killed off Frank Underwood and the series went on for one more season.

Since then Spacey has been sidelined from acting roles in Hollywood. Last year he was cast in an Italian film “L’uomo Che Disegno Dio” (or “The Man Who Drew God”).

Spacey has been fighting a lawsuit filed by Anthony Rapp in which he accuses Spacey of sexual assault stemming from an incident when Rapp was 14 years old, which he filed in 2020. Spacey most recently filed to have the case thrown out.

Spacey is also facing lawsuits from other men who have claimed they were also sexually assaulted by the actor. These new charges just add to his legal troubles. As of now, Spacey has not been convicted of any civil or criminal charges relating to sexual assault.
