Ultimately, Cameron fed red meat to the viewers of both anchors and their shows as he called for Joe Biden to direct law enforcement to put Fox News’ Tucker Carlson “In jail” over “misinformation.”
Cameron told Acosta first, “The fact of the matter is, if you disturb the peace by starting a riot in a movie theater, cops are going to arrest you and you might end up in jail or you might end up in something worse.”
“And that kind of stuff absolutely has to stop, whether it’s the antitrust bill to take down and deplatform people who lie and put out falsehoods that cause damage and violent, violent hate — there ought to be something done about it,” Cameron insisted.
Later on, Cameron added that “Democrats have to kick it in. The president has to be more forceful and sooner or later the law enforcement and the US government is going to have to stop the lying because it’s causing people’s deaths.”
On MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House” Cameron referenced Carlson before later telling Wallace, “It really is kind of horrible to think that journalists with national and international capacity are putting together this type of nonsense.”
“We got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation, and when our two-party system is broken like that, democracy is seriously in trouble, the president acknowledged that, it’s time to start doing some things, maybe taking some names and putting people in jail,” Cameron declared.
Cameron believes that Carlson is to blame for the Buffalo shooting massacre, due to his pushing of the so-called “great replacement theory.”
It seems, however, that Cameron and these cable “news” outlets want to shut Carlson up from pushing back against the liberal agenda in regards to immigration.
Cameron and Acosta made sure to let their viewers know how much better the country is with immigrants who are coming to the country to change the demographics and that it is just part of how things are.
