Today Marjorie Taylor Greene is in court today having to ridiculously defend her right to run for reelection of her House seat from commie leftists trying to use lawfare to get MTG disqualified, accusing her of inciting an ‘insurrection’ at the Capitol:
P.M. – Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took the stand in front of an administrative law judge at a hearing Friday over a challenge to her 2022 re-election bid.
Greene qualified March 7 to seek another term in Georgia’s 14th congressional district, but just over two weeks later, a campaign finance-reform organization called “Free Speech for People” filed a challenge with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
The organization filed the 42-page complaint on behalf of five 14th congressional district voters, alleging that Greene should be disqualified because of a clause in the 14th Amendment that says, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection.”
Ratified just after the Civil War, Section 3 was meant in part to keep representatives who had fought for the Confederacy from returning to Congress.
As you know, Greene wasn’t part of the Capitol riot and she didn’t incite anything. These commie leftists are trying to take away the people’s right to vote in her district and if they succeed, that’s essentially the beginning to the end of this Republic.
So far today MTG has had to answer the most absurd questions like…
Whether she borrowed a line from Independence Day when saying “we aren’t a people that will go silently into the night”:
Marjorie Taylor Greene is asked if she stole lines from the movie Independence Day:

If she uses the term ‘1776’:
They’re trying to make 1776 a dirty word. “You use it as a term,” says the hack prosecutor in the Marjorie Taylor Greene trial. pic.twitter.com/ZQ4yHPKryo

If she’s said that Pelosi is a traitor to our government:
Question to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: “In fact, you think that Speaker Pelosi is a traitor to the country, right?”
Greene: “I’m not answering that question…I haven’t said that.”
Q: “Put up plaintiff’s exhibit 5.”
Greene: “Oh, no. Wait. Hold on now…” pic.twitter.com/hBHPAkUOaA

These leftist hacks are grasping at straws. MTG didn’t even agree with the Capitol riot, much less incite it.
You know, if she’s found by this administrative judge to be an ‘insurrectionist’ for calling Pelosi a traitor or using hyperbole, then I guess we all are insurrectionists because I absolutely believe Pelosi has betrayed this country.
